Ephesians 6:11-12 "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

Week of September 17th

Ephesians 6:13-14 "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place.

Ephesians 6:15-16 “And with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.”

Ephesians 6:17-18 "Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people."

Matthew 6:19-20 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destory, and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

Matthew 6: 21-22 “For where your treasure is, your heart will be also. The eye is the lamp of the body. If you eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light."

Week of November 6th

Matthew 6:23-24 "But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. if then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness! No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to one and despise the other. you cannot serve both God and money."

Matthew 6: 25-26 "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air, they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?"

Psalm 119:5-6 "Oh, that my ways are steadfast in obeying your decrees! Then I would not be put to shame when I consider all your commands."

Psalm 119: 7-8  "I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws. I will obey your decrees; do not utterly forsake me."
